Lorelei’s corner cocktail and wine bar is led by a veteran team of co-owner and cocktail director Adam Henry, head bartender Cecil Usher (fmr. beverage director, Richard DeShantz Restaurant Group), and wine director and certified sommelier Max Stein (head bartender, Hidden Harbor).  The cocktail menu integrates Alpine flavors, frequently from Germany, France, and northern Italy, into more familiar classic cocktail templates, as in the Vespa, a Martini-style cocktail combining vodka, gin, herbal Genepy liqueur, Alsatian Gewurztraminer wine, orange bitters, rose water, and absinthe, and the Redhead Swizzle, combining strawberry-infused Jagermeister, peach, lime, pineapple, and bitters.
